Hap Gatzian has lived in Spokane for most of his life and brings over three decades of professional and community leadership to the Genova Foundation. He has worked with Spokane Packaging for 32 years, specializing in account and project management, where he is known for his dedication, integrity, and commitment to building lasting partnerships.

A devoted family man, Hap has been married to his wife, Cheryl, for 36 years. Together they have two adult daughters, both married, and one cherished grandson. Outside of his professional and family life, Hap has been deeply involved in community service—most notably serving as an elder at Southside Christian Church for 21 years. He has also contributed to the leadership and mission of four other volunteer boards over the years.

An avid sports enthusiast, Hap enjoys staying active through snow and water skiing, golf, mountain biking, tennis, and pickleball. His energy, experience, and commitment to service make him a valued member of the Genova Foundation board.
