Community Health Evangelism (CHE) Kenya

Across rural Kenya, Community Health Evangelism (CHE) Kenya is redefining what it means to build lasting change. The organization’s mission is rooted in holistic transformation—empowering communities through education in health, sustainable agriculture, and faith-based leadership. Rather than providing temporary relief, CHE Kenya equips families with the tools and training to create long-term stability and self-reliance.

Through programs in sustainable farming, beekeeping, and clean water development, CHE Kenya is helping local residents reduce dependence on environmentally harmful industries like charcoal production. Each initiative connects environmental stewardship with economic opportunity, allowing families to provide for themselves while restoring the land they call home.

The organization’s short-term goals include providing potable water to 30 households, planting 1,000 trees, and employing 20 community members by 2026. But its vision extends far beyond that. By 2030, CHE Kenya aims to expand clean water access to over 2,000 people and produce 70 metric tons of honey each year—creating jobs, strengthening ecosystems, and fostering prosperity grounded in faith.

Through support from the Genova Foundation, CHE Kenya continues to prove that when knowledge, purpose, and compassion intersect, entire communities can flourish for generations to come.
